The current age progression system is indeed becoming quite frustrating and unbalanced for many players who enjoy playing at their own pace rather than rushing through each age as quickly as possible.

However, there has got to be a better middle ground than what we currently have now. A system where you can still progress at your own pace without feeling left behind or penalized for doing so would go a long way towards making these types of games more enjoyable overall.

In conclusion, I think it's time for some much-needed changes within the age progression model used in many modern MMORPGs like ourselves. Whether that means adjusting resource drops based on account level instead of real-world time played or simply allowing players to skip certain stages altogether once they've reached a certain milestone - whatever the solution may be, I'm sure most people would appreciate it!
